The conference has secured a block booking at each of the listed hotels above.  Rooms will be allocated on a first-in basis until Friday, 7 September 2007, as long as there are rooms available. After that date, all unallocated rooms will be released and no guarantee can be made that rooms will be available.
Booked accommodation must be guaranteed with either a credit card number or a deposit of at least one night’s deposit. The credit card will be used as a guarantee only and no charges will be debited prior to check-out.  If you prefer to prepay all your accommodation by cheque or direct credit then this can be done on the registration form.
Bookings should be made either as part of the online registration process or on the registration form and faxed to 03 3520197 or posted to the Conference Organiser, Glenda Harding, Harding Consultants Ltd, PO Box 5512, Christchurch.
On check-out, your accommodation costs can be settled with cash, eftpos or a credit card.
If you cancel your accommodation after Friday, 7 September 2007, your credit card may be charged a cancellation fee levied by the hotel.
Please advise Harding Consultants of any change to a reservation, rather than contacting the hotel itself.

Cancellation Policy
Should you be unable to attend once you have registered, you may reassign your registration to another person. Please note you must advise the Conference Secretariat on 03-352-5598 or email glenda@hardingconsultants.co.nz
Registration cancellations will not be accepted unless made in writing. Cancellations made on or before Friday 28 September 2007 will be refunded less 30% to cover administration costs. No refunds will be given after this date.

An exciting programme is planned with dinner at Mills Reef Winery on Sunday evening.  This will be an evening for everyone to meet and get to know other delegates well.

Classic Flyers New ZealandMonday 8 October 2007
The Monday night dinner will be held at Classic Flyers in their Airforce Museum – this is an amazing opportunity to see up close an incredible collection of planes and flying paraphernalia. There will be opportunities for many of you to fly in a helicopter.  Early registrations will go in a draw to win an opportunity for a flight; and for others there will be an opportunity to buy a ticket. Come dressed as Biggles, a character from M*A*S*H, Dad’s Army, a uniform from any of the wars, a nurse, ammunitions worker, characters such as Vera Lynne, or in fact anything from these eras.

Technical Visit
Sunday 7 October 2007 – 3pm - Walking Tour to Harbour Link site office.
Meet at reception to take a small walk to view the above office.  This is being opened especially for delegates to have a viewing.There will be a 3D model of the Harbour Link project + plans and additional information. Fulton Hogan will be there to discuss the project with those who choose to attend. This is the largest transportation project to be undertaken in the BOP with an estimated cost of $255 million.

Tuesday 9 October 2007
Buses depart the hotel at 3.15pm and return at 5.30pm for Happy Hour.
The technical tour incorporates visits to Tauranga Roading projects, Port of Tauranga facilities , Mount Maunganui Developments and main beach, various minor safety works projects completed , passes various tourist facilities , through new innovative housing developments and into a new unique subdivision, along New Zealand's only Toll road and back to the Conference Venue.
