Cancellation Policy
Should you be unable to attend once you have registered, you may reassign your registration to another person. Please note you must advise the Conference Secretariat on 03-352-5598 or email glenda@hardingconsultants.co.nz
Registration cancellations will not be accepted unless made in writing. Cancellations made on or before Friday 27 August 2010 will be refunded less 30% to cover administration costs. No refunds will be given after this date.
If you cancel your accommodation after Friday, 6 August 2010, you may be charged a cancellation fee levied by the hotel.
