Meet the team

Glenda Harding
Glenda Harding has been associated with the recruitment industry for 25 years. Concurrently she has also organised conferences, seminars and events for 12 years for a wide variety of organisations. Along with corporate events, Glenda has been responsible for organising fundraising events, with record results. She is regarded as someone who 'can look outside the square' to help create something that is different for her clients.

Glenda feels that many of these successes are due to the fact that she has developed a good network of organisations that complement her services.

Glenda holds overall responsibility for projects within Harding Consultants. From the financial management to ensuring all website updates are implemented on time and correctly, Glenda has a hands on approach to your conference. With extensive experience working alongside corporate sponsors and industry exhibitors, Glenda is able to ensure all parties get the best results from their resource and financial commitment.

Libby Hilder

Libby works with Glenda on a contract basis. She also owns and runs her own business.

With a background that includes recruitment, management and sales, Libby clearly enjoys working with people. A recent comment from a conference was “Libby is a hoot and was great fun to be around”.

From day one of this project Libby is committed to providing professional services and support to Glenda Harding, you, our industry partners and all involved on the committee. Libby will ensure the project timeline is followed and all deliverables are presented on time.

Sally van Beek

Sally van Beek has worked with Harding Consultants for a number of years. She often works with the Partners Programme and is "dearly loved" by partners. We are asked year after year "Is Sally going with the partners programme again?"

Sally’s strengths lie in her people skills and desire to make everyone feel comfortable. She has an extensive background working with people across all levels.

Sally will be very involved throughout the duration of your conference and you will see her providing support and assistance for all attendees.

Marise Carpenter
Marise Carpenter works with Harding Consultants on the Registration and Information desk, assisting with any queries and questions that delegates, exhibitors or presenters might have. Her welcoming smile and a genuine willingness to help people out puts people at ease quickly. Marise subscribes to Glenda’s main driver – “if a job is worth doing it’s worth doing well”.

Jane Murchison
Jane Murchison has worked with Glenda on a contract basis since 1985 in a variety of support roles. She works closely with Glenda on the conferences that she organizes, providing support and advice. Her main focus is the management of the financial processes for Harding Consultants’ and their clients.

Wendy Burton
There is no denying that Wendy is the most creative member of our team, Wendy won the “WOW award in 2006 for her design.  In addition she has secured several places in the Montana World of Wearable Art™ show hall of fame. In 2008 she won the Children’s Section and came runner up to the Weta Award – a huge accomplishment

Wendy is no stranger to the creative world; she holds numerous awards in design and owns her very successful company Major Look. Never afraid to try new things, Wendy has created event designs using all forms of materials and in some instances re-cycled matter.

Wendy’s contribution to your conference will be in the design and theming of both your conference venue and social functions. Wendy has the ability to ensure the conference theme and brand are presented throughout the event and enhanced by combining props as well as music and lighting.

Rachel Turner

Rachel is of great assistance to the team. Whether it's filing, following up on special projects, or helping with name badges, Rachel can be relied upon to be reliable and consistent with her work.

Rachel has 2 children, Danielle aged 5 and Jonathan 2 so her interests along with being a mum, are looking after her large garden and of course being with friends.
