REGISTRATION
For all delegates, sponsors/ exhibitors or presenters attending conferences and events managed by Harding Consultants, we offer various options for registration:

•    Online Registration – quick, convenient and secure encrypted credit card transactions
•    Email – an email address is listed on all communications
•    Fax – our fax number is listed on all communications
•    Mail  - for those who prefer to hand write and send in

Harding Consultants are proud to offer online registration for conference delegates. This functionality provides convenience and real time response for busy people. The registration process, includes either:

On-line Registration
Harding Consultants design the on-line registration form (which reflects the website design).

Harding Consultants also offer on-line payment facilities via (DPS) Direct Payment Solutions.  This facility is secure and encrypted. It can accept international currency.

Manual Registration
Harding Consultants designs a printed form, which can be completed either by handwriting; or as an electronic form, allowing delegates to complete electronically, but not on-line.All registrations include conference registration fees, social functions, partner programme workshop and site visit session confirmations etc) accommodation

Payment Options
The payment process can be either via a secure on-line link or manual process via cheque, direct credit or credit card. We provide accurate registrant acknowledgement, follow-up and confirmation advice to all delegates. We accept all major credit cards, MasterCard, Visa, Diners, American Express.
