Registration Fees are:
Early Bird Registration Fee before 17 October 2008        $425.00 incl GST
Standard Registration Fee after 17 October 2008           $525.00 incl GST
Single Day Registration before 17 October 2008            $300.00 incl GST
Single Day Registration after 17 October 2008               $400.00 incl GST

Registration Fee for NASCA Conference includes
•    Attendance at all conference sessions
•    Bag and contents
•    Morning and afternoon teas and lunch – Monday and Tuesday
•    One ticket to the conference dinner

Cancellation Policy
Should you be unable to attend once you have registered, you may reassign your registration to another person. Please note you must advise the Conference Secretariat on 03-352-5598 or email glenda@hardingconsultants.co.nz  Registration cancellations will not be accepted unless made in writing. Cancellations made on or before Friday 21 November 2008 will be refunded less 30% to cover administration costs. No refunds will be given after this date.  If, for reasons beyond the control of NASCA, the Conference is cancelled, the registration fee will be refunded after deduction of expenses already incurred.

If you cancel your accommodation after Wednesday, 1 November 2008, you may be charged a cancellation fee levied by the hotel.
