In the heart of the city, poised on the banks of the picturesque Avon River, the 
Christchurch Town Hall is one of New Zealand’s premier performance venues.
It is a place that showcases creative diversity and has been the stage for many of the world’s leading performing artists and cultural groups.
The Limes Room will be the focal point for all plenary sessions, with the Cambridge Room and Conference Rooms 1 and 2, immediately adjacent to the Limes Room, being used for the Exhibition. Break out rooms in the Convention Centre will be utilised for all break out sessions.

Conditions
The conference has secured a block booking at the hotel. Rooms will be allocated on a first-in basis until 12th February 2010, as long as there are rooms available. After that date, all unallocated rooms will be released and no guarantee can be made that rooms will be available.
Booked accommodation must be guaranteed with either a credit card number or a deposit of at least one night’s deposit. The credit card will be used as a guarantee only and no charges will be debited prior to check-out. If you prefer to prepay all your accommodation by cheque or direct credit then this can be done on the registration form.
Bookings should be made either as part of the online registration process or on the registration form and faxed to 03 3520197 or posted to the Conference Organiser, Glenda Harding, Harding Consultants Ltd, PO Box 5512, Christchurch.
On check-out, your accommodation costs can be settled with cash, eftpos or a credit card.
If you cancel your accommodation after 12th February 2010, your credit card may be charged a cancellation fee levied by the hotel.
Please advise Harding Consultants of any change to a reservation, rather than contacting the hotel itself.
