The hotel is ideally situated for conferences, special events or holidays, located in the heart of New Plymouth City only 10 minutes from the airport and 25 minutes from magnificent Mt Taranaki. Within strolling distance of the Central Business District, main shopping centre, TSB Showplace events centre, restaurants, bars and cafes; the hotel offers spacious, air conditioned rooms.

The Waterfront Hotel  Booked out with the exception of the night of 3 November.

The Waterfront Hotel is New Plymouth's newest and only hotel on the Waterfront.   Located very close to TSB Showplace it is based right on the water.
Most of rooms have sea views and feature Super king-size beds or Queen and single, ensuite, minibar, 12 channel TV including Sky, coffee and tea facilities, hair drier, electric blanket, iron and ironing board, working desk and modem access, all are standard.  All 2nd and 3rd floor rooms have the added luxury of a separate spa bath and air conditioning.

The Devon Hotel

The Devon Hotel is a 5 minute journey by car and a 15 minute walk to the TSB Showplace.

Most rooms have either sea or mountain views.  All rooms have tea and coffee making facilities, mini bar facilities, Sky TV and full access to heated pool and spa. The Superior rooms have complimentary broad band access and LCD TV’s.  Bed configurations are queen/ single or double/ double. They also have wireless broad band internet access in the Hotel and guest laundry facilities.

Brougham Heights – BOOKED OUT

Right in the heart of New Plymouth, Brougham Heights Motel provides four plus star accommodation for business travellers and families at very affordable rates.  It is a 5 – 10 minute walk to the TSB Showplace.

All units have full cooking facilities, queen size beds, and 32 inch flat screen TV and DVD players. All units except the access units have spa baths and are air-conditioned. We also have wireless high speed internet available.

The conference has secured block bookings at these hotels. Rooms will be allocated on a first-in basis until Wednesday, 1 October 2008, as long as there are rooms available. After that date, all unallocated rooms will be released and no guarantee can be made that rooms will be available.

Booked accommodation must be guaranteed with either a credit card number or a deposit of at least one night’s deposit. The credit card will be used as a guarantee only and no charges will be debited prior to check-out.  If you prefer to prepay all your accommodation by cheque or direct credit then this can be done on the registration form.

Bookings should be made either as part of the online registration process or on the registration form and faxed to 03 3520197 or posted to the Conference Organiser, Glenda Harding, Harding Consultants Ltd, PO Box 5512, Christchurch.

On check-out, your accommodation costs can be settled with cash, eftpos or a credit card.
If you cancel your accommodation after Wednesday, 1 October 2008, your credit card may be charged a cancellation fee levied by the hotel.

Please advise Harding Consultants of any change to a reservation, rather than contacting the hotel itself.
