Registration Fees for Transportation Conference are:Early Bird Registration Fee before 26 September 2008 $690.00 incl GST
Standard Registration Fee after 26 September 2008 $790.00 incl GST
Single Day Registration before 26 September 2008 $250.00 incl GST
Single Day Registration after 26 September 2008 $320.00 incl GST
NB: a non-IPENZ Member fee surcharge applies $ 84.38 incl GST
Registration Fee for IPENZ Transportation Conference includes
• Attendance at all conference sessions
• Bag and contents
• Morning and afternoon teas and lunch – Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday
• One ticket to the opening function on Sunday evening
• One ticket to the conference dinner on Tuesday evening

Cancellation Policy
Should
you be unable to attend once you have registered, you may reassign your
registration to another person. Please note you must advise the
Conference Secretariat on 03-352-5598 or email glenda@hardingconsultants.co.nz
Registration
cancellations will not be accepted unless made in writing.
Cancellations made on or before Friday 24 October 2008 will be refunded
less 30% to cover administration costs. No refunds will be given after
this date.
If you cancel your accommodation after Wednesday, 1 October 2008, you may be charged a cancellation fee levied by the hotel.
