Welcome to the CEO Consultation

The Careerforce CEO Consultation is an opportunity for CEOs, Shareholders and the Careerforce Board to discuss, workshop and feedback issues such as ITO Governance, Research and Embedded learning. The theme of the consultation is “Increasing the value of our future through Training”. There will be key note speakers discussing the impact of the economy on your business, staff motivation and retention strategies and change management and Leadership through turbulent times.

This is your opportunity to network and discuss issues that affect your business, such as staff motivation, retention and training. It also includes workshops on recent research in the sector and how to maximise your investment in your staff.

This consultation follows on from the successful employer workshops held in 2008 and in March 2009, and the core competencies sector consultations. The board and management of Careerforce would like to hear the views and ideas of the CEOs and Leaders of our sector on the future of training.
